"Zero stars if I could boycotting"
Zero stars if I could. They will ship aproduct to a none exist address then have fed ex send it back to them but won't refund you . Scam big time stay clear from there online shop if you want puma buy in store. But for me IAM boycotting these morons I won't buy junk from puma or wear it . puma sucks

"Beware of poor customer service"
Returned two items, but Puma only refunded one of them, they simply did not register that two items from this order was returned.
Afterwards it has been a nightmare to convince them that they made the mistake. I have given up, but after all learned NEVER again to buy ANYTHING from Puma’s webshop.

"I would give zero stars if I could"
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a pair of men’s football boots for £75. I was sent some crappy rose gold women’s trainers. I sent these back by Royal Mail enclosing the return slip to their office. They denied refund and repeatedly asked for my ‘Evri’ tracking number - ignoring the fact they never sent me the product I actually ordered! Total scam.

Ordered a pair of running shoes that cost over a hundred euro. They arrived last Thursday and they were scratched and damaged. Got on to Puma who responded straight away and asked me to send photos. I have heard nothing back since and have emailed at least four more times and rang. Very bad customer service.

How can it take so long to fulfill an order?

Kmart has more customers and more orders,As well as the in-store customers.
They manage to ship an order within 24 hours if not 48 hours.
Even though puma isn't Kmart, It's still a chain company that should be able to ship orders a hell of a lot sooner than they currently do.
If you were to visit the stores, They're like flies on crap.
Seems that they think less of an online consumer.

Puma if you are unable to keep up with demand then limit the products.
Hire more staff,Go over your logistics system, It is the worst and such a poor service.
The online customer service is just nonsense.
It's a don't really care,But to entertain the consumer,I had better reply scenario.

Staff are the main source of your company,They are the ones that keep the company going, They're a real turn off and unhelpful, They just don't care.

Covid has changed the world, Surely common sense and understanding hasn't escaped them has it.
Very frustrating and an annoying experience.

"Broken online retailer"
Ordered items. Tried to return some. Online portal completely broken. I was told to use the label in the bag, so I did. No refund. Now I'm being told I needed to keep the Evri note so they can investigate the refund.

"Inserts are trash"
So, I have to start by saying I have owned several pairs of Puma's with a new pair on the way, so I do love Puma shoes. I have a problem with customer service. I have 2 pair of Axelions now and the inserts have worn completely out. I reached out to Puma Customer Service, and they refused to help me. They are not loyal to their loyal customers, especially since I am deployed to Africa and it is difficult to get any Puma's here at all and I just want to be able to wear my shoes, but the inserts are trash and wear out quickly. Attached is my reference number. I am going back to Nike, you have lost a loyal customer over a pair of inserts.

"I tried to return a pair of shoes"
I tried to return a pair of shoes. The order number I put in was still registered as not delivered on their end, even though it was delivered. The return portal didn't work. I called their phone 8 times, no answer. I sent an email on 28 March 2023 to ask what to do to get the refund process started as their site wasn't working. I had no reply. Now I'm stuck with a pair of shoes I do not want. Awful service.

"Faulty product terrible service."
I bought a pair of football boots for my son.

After no more than 9 months they had split, these are for a 8 year old, who uses them only once a week and didn’t use them over winter. We calculated that he had no more than 20 hours in the boots.

Both boots had split on both sides, having contacted Puma by phone, they were understanding and on receipt of photos agreed that this was a manufacturing problem and would be dealt with under warranty.

I was then ignored for approximately 6 weeks and having recently chased them again received an email this morning (Apr 23) that for a £35 pair of boots they will offer a credit of £20 to spend on their online store, so I would have to spend even more money to replace the boots.

I am disgusted they won’t stand by their product and angry they have reneged on their original commitment to refund/replace the boots.

For really what is just a few pounds to Puma they have lost a customer. I will not buy from a company who will not stand by simple consumer rights and their own word.
