Overall, my Puma account works well and met my usual standard for a shopping account. I was able to update my address and check my orders without any trouble, which is really all I expect. The only small thing was that the login was a bit slow one time, but it didn’t cause any real issue

I thought the shoes were going to be close to the photos, but they looked exactly like what was shown and matched the description really well.

I’ve been a loyal fan of this brand for a while, so I really wanted these shoes to live up to the hype. They do look great, and that’s what drew me in, but for the price, I expected better quality. It’s disappointing because I usually trust this brand, but this pair just didn’t feel worth the cost to me.

The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that a few colors and items I wanted were out of stock for weeks. Still, availability is generally good, and I’ll probably keep shopping there.

I ordered a pair of shoes from puma.com because the delivery date shown at checkout worked perfectly for an upcoming trip. I wasn’t expecting anything special, just for them to arrive when promised. Instead, the date kept getting pushed back for days with hardly any updates, and when I contacted support, they basically just told me to wait. The shoes eventually arrived, but way too late to be useful. For me, if a delivery date is given, I expect it to be reliable, so this was frustrating. I don’t think I’ll order from puma.com again.
